Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Do note that delivery to a PO Box will add approximately 5 days to the dispatch date since we need to move products from one warehouse to another in order to utlize a different shipping company.

Delivery time (without embroidery/printing): 3-5 working days

Delivery time (with addition of embroidery/printing): up to 14 working days 

We offer free shipping on all orders over $200 within Australia. Orders below $200 will incur a $19.95 flat rate shipping free.
